A low that takes up much of the Tasman Sea will cross New Zealand slowly over the next few days bringing more warm weather, some rain and some wind.
By Friday the entire system will be slowly moving away to the east and weakening – replaced by a windy spring-like wind flow. This air flow may dip more southerly for a time on Sunday dropping temperatures in the south but the theme next week looks like more mild westerly driven weather.
