Traditional spring weather continues for NZ this week with strong to gale westerlies surging over parts of the nation on Tuesday with a cooler south to south-west flow by Wednesday nationwide.

Conditions ease for many on Thursday and Friday ahead of the next cold front and low pressure area which is arriving this weekend, especially for the South Island.
