VIDEO: Showers, large dry, plus Autumnal temp fluctuations

NZ is starting to receive more and more southerly injections each week – but the summer-like heat is not done with us yet.

While there is a cooler southerly moving up the nation mid-this week, it will be book-ended by hotter and windier nor’west winds. This means we’re seeing more signs of Autumn arriving.

But the summer dry and above normal temperatures look to remain in many regions – despite a cold start with some South Island interior frosts possible on Thursday morning.
