Heavy rain continues on the West Coast today with a chance of slips and flooding until Wednesday afternoon when the front finally moves into the North Island and weakens under high pressure. Still, the front should bring some relief into dry parts of the North Island late Wednesday and Thursday.
Warmer than average weather moves in this weekend with humidity coming back.
Next week the remnants of Cyclone Trevor team up with another front to bring maybe the best chance yet at rain into northern NZ. One to watch.
We also have a final look at what is happening in Australia with the two tropical storms which are now both falling apart entirely.
