Storms south of NZ coupled with higher air pressure to our north will keep the westerly flow into NZ alive for at least another week or so. This means rain is going to ‘pile up’ on the West Coast and basically continue the weather pattern we’ve had for the past few months. This means surges of wind over the coming week and eastern areas (especially the North Island) feeling the heat.
Most places that are already dry will likely become drier over the next week.
We tell you who has the heat, the snow (yep!), the rain and the gales with your New Zealand forecast through to Monday next week.
