NZ and Australia share the same low pressure systems over the coming week bringing milder and windier weather to NZ and stormier weather to parts of Australia.
Nor’Westers will be the dominant airflow developing across New Zealand for the rest of the month – that will lift temperatures in the east and make for some sunnier, drier, weather – while the West Coast has plenty of rain on the way.
In Australia it’s TAS, VIC, NSW, ACT and SA most in the firing line for more wind and rain – especially later this weekend and the start of next week.
Low pressure and thunderstorms are also impacting Fiji.
