High pressure continues to dominate most of NZ’s weather with the next cold front arriving on Monday with another burst of wind, rain and alpine snow – but it looks to fade fast going into Tuesday as more high pressure arrives.
High pressure looks to control our weather going into the Easter weekend – but is not locked in yet. The tropical lows north of the country are still expected to develop – but whether they affect NZ or not is not locked in yet, due to the powerful high pressure belt still passing over the country.

Hey WW team,
Great update. The daily update on Auckland shows good amount of rain from Wed-Fri but the video update on 10th doesn’t show the same level of rain in Auckland.
