VIDEO: Low pressure to bring wind & rain before Sunday’s high

> From the WeatherWatch archives

The next burst of wind and rain/showers is coming in for Thursday, Friday and Saturday ahead of the next high pressure zone which crosses NZ on Sunday and Monday.

Temperatures are likely to climb over the coming days – before a southerly drops temperatures in the South Island over Friday and goes nationwide on Saturday – bringing some wet weather into dry eastern areas too.

But it’s over by Sunday as the next high comes in – then we look to the sub-tropics where the next wet weather may form.
