Afternoon downpours for NZ with above normal temperatures while Australia deals with cold southerlies and gales off and on.

Spring weather is still very much with our part of the world and the Southern Ocean and Tasman Sea regions are big drivers of our current weather pattern.

This week low pressure will impact NZ’s weather while Australia has both highs and lows.

A storm in the Southern Ocean south of Tasmania will bring the next blast to SE Australia this weekend – and may impact NZ next week.
