Valentine’s Day weather

> From the WeatherWatch archives

If you’re getting in the mood for giving or receiving warm fuzzies today, it seems that the weather  will try and enhance the mood in some places but put a dampener on it in others.

If you live in Auckland or Hamilton, fingers crossed the warmth and some sunshine will be around for much of the day however if you’re in Wellington or Invercargill, some sprinkles may indeed freshen the moment.

As you may have gathered, it’a a mixed bag today with sunny spells for some and some rain or showers elsewhere.Humid conditions in the north might make any bubbly outdoors a little warm but cooler temperatures for much of the south shouldn’t cause too many problems and the choccies should be just perfect!

Whatever the weather and whatever might be coming your way, let’s hope whatever’s happening in our heavens, will barely be noticed as Cupid could indeed be hard at work!
