A ridge lies over the North Island tonight bringing generally settled conditions, some cloud affects areas about Bay Of Plenty / Waikato northwards however. Drizzle possible about western Bay Of Plenty overnight then northern parts of Auckland northwards. Clear skies for the east of the South Island, cloudier in the west with some drizzle.
