A north to northeasterly airflow lies over New Zealand tonight, mainly dry apart from in Northland and parts of the West Coast of the South Island.

Northland

Mostly cloudy with easterly breezes, chance of a drizzle patch especially overnight.

Tonight’s Lows: 19-21

Auckland

Clear with a few clouds about, cloud increasing a little overnight with the
chance of a light shower developing in the north. Easterly winds.

Tonight’s Lows: 19-20

Central North Island, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty

Mainly clear skies for the Central North Island, clear spells and some
cloud elsewhere. East to northeast breezes.

Tonight’s Lows: 15-19

Eastern North Island

Clear skies with east to northeast winds easing this evening. Some high
cloud for the Wairarapa.

Tonight’s Lows: 16-17

Western North Island

Mainly clear skies with westerlies easing this evening, light winds
overnight.

Wellington

Cloudy spells with brisk northerlies easing this evening.

Areas of cloud with northeasterlies easing this evening, light winds
overnight.

Periods of cloud with southwesterlies easing this evening, chance of a
brief shower or two.
