A fairly calm night ahead with a ridge of high pressure mostly in control, some clouds builds about the West Coast of the South Island overnight.

Auckland & Northland

Mainly clear skies with south to southwesterly breezes easing this evening, light winds overnight.

Tonight’s Lows: 11-13

Central North Island, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty

Clear skies with south to southeasterly breezes easing this evening, light
winds overnight.

Tonight’s Lows: 7-11

Eastern North Island

Cloudy areas with southerly breezes, the odd light shower or drizzle patch
possible towards dawn tomorrow morning.

Tonight’s Lows: 10-12

Western North Island

Clear skies with south to southeasterly winds easing this evening, light
variable winds overnight for areas south of Taranaki.

Tonight’s Low: 7-10

Wellington

Clear skies with southerlies easing this evening and dying out
overnight.

Tonightâ€™s Low: 10

Nelson

Clear skies with northerlies easing, light winds overnight.

Tonight’s Lows: 12-13

Marlborough

Clear skies with easterlies easing this evening, light winds
overnight.

Tonight’s Lows: 10-11

Canterbury

Mainly clear skies with easterlies easing later, some cloud may form near
the foothills and spread to the coast later on.

West Coast

Mainly clear skies to start this evening although some cloud develops later
this evening or overnight, chance of a drizzle patch towards dawn the next
morning. West to southwest breezes ease.

Coastal Otago

Mainly clear skies, easterly breezes ease.

Central Otago

Clear skies, west to southwest breezes ease.
