Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty

Any morning cloud or fog breaks to mostly sunny weather, light winds tend east to northeast in the afternoon.
Highs: 20-21

Western North Island (including Central North Island)

Mainly sunny with easterly winds.
Highs: 19-21

Eastern North Island

Sunny areas for most, Gisborne may see a sunny start then becoming mostly cloudy around midday. Light southerlies in the morning tending east to northeast in the afternoon.
Highs: 19-20

Wellington

Fairly sunny, a few clouds drifting through at times. Light winds.
High: 19

Marlborough & Nelson

Mostly sunny after any early cloud clears, light winds.
Highs: 19-20

Canterbury

Mostly sunny with some high cloud, any early low cloud clears away. Afternoon east to northeasterly winds near the coast, light winds inland.
Highs: 18-20

West Coast

Mostly sunny with light winds, some cloud about Fiordland, however, with the chance of a shower.
Highs: 19-20

Southland & Otago

Mostly sunny with light north to northwesterly winds. Coastal Otago sees north to northeasterly winds, however.
Highs: 19-20
