pass through early afternoon.
Morning cloud with a few showers clearing, mostly sunny by midday. Gusty

Morning cloud with the chance of a shower then sunny by midday, strong
northwesterlies possibly gusting to gale at times then easing in the
evening.
Sunny with a little high cloud, mainly early morning then clearing. Gusty
northwesterly winds, strong about North Canterbury.
Early rain easing to showers, showers pick up again in the evening with
