POLL RESULTS: Most kiwis not using heating…yet

> From the WeatherWatch archives

This week’s poll has been a talking point among us here at WeatherWatch.co.nz – because one of our team has had their heater on in recent weeks while the rest of us are sweltering!

We wanted to know whether we were reflective of the wider New Zealand public in that respect – if others had also experienced the need for heat – before autumn really takes hold.

Well it turns out that the vast majority of us – 81% in fact – are in the same boat, not needing heating at this early stage of the year.

Things might change soon though, with autumn weather patterns moving in and temperatures on the gradual decline around the country.
