NZ: Warmer week for most, heavy rain risks despite large dry areas

We’re in between highs this week which means NZ has warmer, subtropical, winds in the mix – but also some cooler airflows brushing the southern South Island.

Rain may be heavy on both the West Coast and some upper North Island regions, in particular Bay of Plenty.

Temperatures look to be above normal for many this week following a weekend cool down.
