Not the creepy crawly kind, but the sniffy sneezy kind – coughs, colds and flus all make a resurgence at this time of year as the temperatures lower and sleep patterns change, AND as schools, universities and workplaces return to normality after the school holidays.
So we wanted to know – has the “cold & flu season” really started? Have you had a sniffle yet, a full fledged man (or woman)-flu, or have you escaped unharmed so far?

Our while family takes Buccaline tablets in early April and then again in July to help protect us against the complications of secondary bacterial infections. This is our third year taking it now and our infections over the last 2 years has decreased to almost non-existant. If we do get a virus they are not as bad as they used to be too. For $15 bucks each its well worth taking.
