We’ve seen our fair share of rain and showers in some parts of the country this year – while others remain painfully dry – in the grip of drought conditions at a soil level.

The news media and radio announcers are especially quick at saying wet weather is usually “bad” or “awful” – but let’s be honest – how many of us secretly love a wet day of weather?
