Skeptical about El Nino? Semi-retired farmer Steve Wyn-Harris brings his decades of expertise and has a frank conversation with Philip Duncan of WeatherWatch/RuralWeather about what is going on and what this all still means for you in the summer months ahead.
It’s a rare conversation between a farmer/broadcaster and a forecaster/broadcaster to really get into the nitty gritty of long range forecasting… why it’s not always accurate – but why that doesn’t mean you should ignore it. There s helpful accuracy even if the goal posts sometimes shift.
A really fascinating podcast, especially if you’re not so experienced with El Nino and La Nina events. Steve’s experience really shines in moments like this.
