More bad weather for Quake victims

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Gale force winds will today start to ease across the Canterbury region and while today is likely to remain dry and mild tomorrow things will again go downhill with a southerly change.

The warm nor’wester today will actually be helpful with a high reaching 21 degrees, according to MetService.

But tomorrow that all changes as a bitter southerly change sees rain moving in and temperatures plummeting into single digits.

WeatherWatch.co.nz says that despite the wet, cold, change tomorrow the long range forecast for Christchurch and Canterbury looks fairly kind for the next 10 days.
