How’s the last day of autumn where you are?

> From the WeatherWatch archives

How are things by you today?  Did it feel like the last day of autumn to you?

It was grotty/overcast with light rain at times with southwesterlies in Auckland though they abated about 3.30pm and the sun shone till sunset.

A weak cold front passed through Dunedin about midday with a period of light rain which cleared to cloudy skies mid to late afternoon. Max. temp. struggled to get to 10degC. it is now 6.3deg C. If skies clear we will probably get a frost and black ice due to wet road/path surfaces.
