Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Sunny areas and some cloud about, chance of a brief shower here and there otherwise dry. Light winds mostly.
Highs: 24-26

Western North Island (including Central North Island)

Mostly sunny with southerly quarter winds, Taranaki northwards winds swing to the north in the afternoon.

Highs: 23-25

Eastern North Island

Sunny areas and some cloud about, southerly quarter winds. Chance of an
isolated shower about the ranges late afternoon / evening otherwise dry.

Highs: 20-22

Wellington

Morning cloud breaks to mostly sunny weather, southerly winds.

Highs: 20-21

Marlborough & Nelson

Mostly sunny with east to northeast winds by midday.

Highs: 21-23

Canterbury

Morning cloud breaks to sunny areas, east to northeast winds.

High: 18-19

West Coast

Periods of cloud and sunny areas, light winds. Cloud and patchy showers
move into South Westland by evening.

Highs: 19-20

Southland & Otago

Sunny areas and a few clouds about, light winds generally from the east.
Cloud thickens from evening with a few spits of rain possible overnight.

Highs: 18-21
