Spring is here – and with it, seasonal allergies. As pollen from blooming trees and flowers fills the air, the annual chorus of sniffling and sneezing grows louder.
Tens of millions of people worldwide suffer from allergic rhinitis, or hay fever – the most common Spring allergy – and though there is no cure, there are ways to combat them.
Do you suffer from allergies at this time of year? Let us know in the poll below.

The pine forest pollen has been the worst ever this year. There is yellow dust settled on everything including up my nose! This is the sickest I have been in years and it is only hayfever and asthma.

Bad head from very cold dry air combined with hayfever is my worst nightmare, it is awful. Anticyclones! Westerlies relieve.
