India fought well with the loss of just one wicket yesterday and unless anything dramatic happens in the first session of play this morning, the game appears destined for a draw.
As predicted, yesterday was a stunning day in the Bay and today doesn’t look to be too different from that either.
Lots of sunshine is expected again with a full days play likely and temperatures getting into the 20s once more.
Wellington is the host of the 3rd test starting later in the week and the weather is still looking mostly dry with northerlies for much of the match.

Our long range forecast shows light winds and lake breezes on Saturday – a hot day for hiking with temps in the shade up to 22 but obviously much hotter in the sun with no cooling breeze!
Cheers
Phil.

Looks like a good risk of overnight frosts as well?

Oh yep – most definitely. In fact Waiouru may well be down to -3 around sunrise on Saturday with 1 or 2 in and around Taupo. A perfect day some might say – good cold start then sunny and warm later on. Great Saturday weather!
